Terms
1.1. The following document is a public offer contract (hereinafter - the "Agreement") and establishes the conditions for providing services for booking apartments on a daily basis (hereinafter - the "Services") on the website dayflat.com.ua (hereinafter - the "Site").
1.2. The Site Administration is the owner and manages the provision of Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. By confirming his agreement with the terms of this Agreement, the User agrees with all the terms contained in the Agreement and acts as the Receiving Party.
Object of the contract
2.1. The object of this Agreement is the provision of Services for booking apartments on a daily basis in Kyiv, which is carried out on the Site.
2.2. A detailed description of the services, as well as their cost, are indicated on the Site and may be changed by the Site Administration without prior notice to the User.
Service provision procedure
3.1. To receive the Services, the User must select the necessary apartment on the Site, specify the reservation period, the number of persons and make payment in accordance with the established procedure.
3.2. After successful payment, the User receives a confirmation of the reservation to the e-mail address specified by him. All further instructions and clarifications regarding check-in will be sent to the specified email address.
3.3. The user is obliged to ensure the reliability and relevance of the information provided when booking. The Site Administration is not responsible for any consequences caused by incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the User.
Payment of services
4.1. The cost of Services and terms of payment are indicated on the Site. Payment can be made by prepayment, full payment before check-in, or other methods determined by the Site Administration.
4.2. The user is obliged to make the payment within the set period. In case of non-payment of the payment on time, the Site Administration has the right to cancel the reservation without returning the payment made.
Refusal of services
5.1. The User can cancel the reservation before a certain date without penalty, if this is provided for by the conditions specified on the Site.
5.2. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the User after the set period or in case of no-entry without prior notification, the Site Administration has the right to deduct a certain amount specified on the Site from the amount paid by the user.
Privacy
6.1. The Site Administration undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the User's personal information provided at the time of booking, and not to disclose it to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
Responsibilities of the parties
7.1. The Site Administration is not responsible for any damages caused to the User as a result of improper use of the Services or non-compliance by the User with the terms of this Agreement.
7.2. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during the reservation and for the consequences of using the Services.
Changes to the terms of the Agreement
8.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to the terms of this Agreement without prior notice to the User. Updated conditions become effective from the moment of their publication on the Site.
Final provisions
9.1. This Agreement is the only agreement between the Site Administration and the User regarding the provision of Services and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements of the parties.
9.2. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with current legislation.
9.3. If any of the provisions of this Agreement is deemed invalid or inadmissible for certain reasons, this will not affect the validity and admissibility of other provisions of the Agreement.
9.4. This Agreement enters into force from the moment the User takes actions that indicate agreement with the terms of the Agreement.
By confirming his agreement with the terms of this Agreement, the User agrees with all its provisions and undertakes to comply with them.
